Q: What are the top 10 allergens?

A: As outlined by the government of Canada, the top 10 allergens include: eggs, milk, mustard, peanuts, crustaceans, fish, sesame seeds, soy, tree nuts, and wheat/gluten.

 

Q: Is everything 100% vegan?

A: It's not too good to be true! Being 100% vegan means no dairy, no eggs, no animal by-products.

 

Q: Is everything 100% celiac friendly?

A: Yes, and always will be! We also operate out of a gluten-free facility.

 

Q: Does nut-free include all peanuts and tree nuts?

A: Yes,  we source our ingredients from nut-free companies and take care to ensure no peanuts or tree nuts are used in the production of any of our goods. We do utilize coconut in many of our recipes.

 

Q: Are your products made in a certified allergen-free facility?

A: Not yet - but we're working on it! We do work out of  a gluten-free kitchen, our recipes do not include the top 10 allergens, and our ingredients are free from cross-contamination. 

 

Q: Do you use artificial colours:?

A: Nope. Never. We utilize the colours found in nature, as we know and understand the dangers of artificial colours.

 

Q: Are your products healthy?

A: You bet! We use protein rich ingredients that you can feel good about eating and sharing with your loved ones. Some of our commonly used ingredients are bean flour (rich in fibre and protein), pumpkin puree (high in beta-carotene), coconut milk (great for your digestive system), and apple sauce (a natural sweetener).

 

Q: How do I care for my baked goods?

A: It's best not to refrigerate. Keep them at room temperature for the day of eating or freeze for a later date.

 

Q: Do you ship or deliver?
